Tournament Format
The 2022 Tournament will include the classic Al Invitational in addition to the Al Cup.
Al Invitational Format: 36 hole 2 day stroke play event
Field selection by Invitation of Al Selection Committee only
2019 USGA Rules Changes will be in effect
Putt out all holes
Over 50 can opt to "Tee it forward"
Al Cup Format: Ryder Cup Style event played concurrent to the Al Invitational. The Al Cup will include:
Fourball - Two man team event to be played Saturday during 1st Round of Al Invitational. Pairings selected by Team Captains before Tournament
Foursomes - Two man teams played Saturday afternoon during Par 3 Tournament. Pairings decided by captains immediately prior to golf
Singles - To be played Sunday during Al Invitational 2nd Round, match ups determined by standings after Day 1
