The second annual Al Invitational took place in late April.  A water logged course on day one led to tough scoring conditions early.  The institution of the new Scrolf score tracker allowed everyone see Jordy Ferguson rocket up the scoreboard on the front nine.  These early gains for Jordy were lost on the back nine as the southpaw Chris Bell held the day one lead prior to the Champions dinner.

Day two was a sunny day with good playing conditions.  Corey Miller had a strong early showing, working off momentum from the previous night's festivities.  In a performance that will not soon be forgotten, Richard Thomas played strong down the stretch shooting the low round of the day to take home the red jacket and redeem himself from an early tournament rules jam up.  To his credit, the 2019 rules were for some reason in effect even though the tournament was clearly played in 2018.
